Description
We’re looking to hire a part-time Office Administrator to join our team and help us with the following tasks:
- Perform bookkeeping duties, which include payroll updates, HST remittances, sending invoices, recording deposits and expenses
- Maintain the appearance of the office by keeping things clean, tidy, and clutter-free
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Assist with organizing and executing in-person events and social activities
- Reorder and pick up office supplies
- Analyse and manage office costs such as cellphone and internet expenses
- Run errands on behalf of the business
Job Requirements
- Vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- A personable and friendly nature
- Organizational skills
- Reliable and proactive mindset with the ability to own a task from start to end
- An eye for details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Work in the office at least one day a week. Other work days can be done remotely.
- Work 4-6 hours a week beginning in December 2024 or January 2025
Bonus:
- Bookkeeping skills (but these can be taught)
Compensation
- $25-$35/hour
- Monthly stipend to cover mileage driven during the completion of Stryve-related tasks
